Hybrid Print & Mail document solution

The hybrid Print & Mail solution, successfully implemented for several national & international customers, covers the global processing of your both paper and electronic documents, including invoices, enabling a smooth transition to a fully electronic document transmission solution.

The targeted documents do not only include invoices, but a wide range of documents sent to your customers and partners, such as delivery notes, reminder letters, contracts, payslips, newsletters,…

How does it work?

The platform will receive all your document data through a secured channel and prepare the data for electronic transmission and archiving in an online portal. When the received data specifically indicates that printing is required, we will send the print files (including print instructions) to one of our printing partners. This partner will take care of the printing, the insertion of the document(s) in an envelope per end-customer, the stamping and the posting

Which printing partner(s) do we use?

We work together with several professional printing partners for both domestic and international customers. Each Print & Mail partner performs technical tests on a regular basis in order to assess the adequacy of its back-up processes and business continuity measures. All printing processing is taking place in isolated and secured environments to ensure privacy and correct handling of personal data and documents.

What are your benefits?

  • You outsource all your documents or invoices to a specialized supplier and data is exchanged through one secured interface
  • As your organization is respecting the demand of its customers and, therefore, is not ready to fully distribute all its documents electronically, the hybrid Print & Mail service lets your company gradually shift from paper to digital document disribution
  • You will have the benefit of having one central legal online archive for all documents, including all electronically distributed documents as well as the documents that have been distributed on paper
  • As soon as your customer signs up for electronic receipt, he will have access to the online archive. The archive will contain all its electronic documents as well as the documents previously sent on paper.
